Black Diamond Astro 300 Headlamp - 300 Lumen Rechargeable for Camping & Hiking

Upgraded from an older model first generation led Black Diamond headlamp and WOW I cannot believe the difference in power and beam distance. I mainly bought this for waking my dog at night and occasionally use around my property at night and for when I grill outside after dark. I was concerned would 300 lumens be enough to light my path but this light is super bright, has a wide beam and throws the light very far. I can walk behind my house where it’s super dark at night and easily see 25 feet ahead of me. The on / off and dimming button is super easy to use. I’m also glad this is a rechargeable light and the battery indicator is very large and easy to see. You pay more up front compared to the non rechargeable but you will save money down the line on not having to replace batteries. An excellent headlamp! Highly recommend.
