Nice look, leather ok (I expected black but it was a nice brown), but zippers had issues. Most of them were stiff/hard, and the expansion zipper didn't open more than 6 inches no matter how hard I pulled (I returned the item). Has enough pockets, there are 3 additional 4x4" pockets inside both the front (laptop) and back (files) compartments, not sealable so stuff may fall out.There are no pen holders, business card holders, or other little things inside the U's that I was expecting. This makes it less usable, even if the zippers were good. A three star product, took off a star for the defective zipper.Nicely made product
