Contender Fight Wristwrap Heavy Bag Boxing Gloves for Training & MMA - Black/White - Perfect for Punching Bag Workouts, Kickboxing & Martial Arts Practice

This is my second pair of the same gloves I bought the first one's 7 years ago. There nice they break in well. I have thin hands and when I strike the heavy bag I normally pepper it. I could see these falling a part if you were to have someone hold the bag and you power through your strikes. But for my needs there great.I have had these gloves for a month or so now. Overall they are OK for hitting my heavy 100lb bag. I haven't felt the need to wear wraps with them and even if I did I probably couldn't. When I first received them, they were actually hard to put on since I do have large hands. Over a couple wears they loosened up a bit more and wear much better now. The leather material isn't the highest quality. I can see it breaking down over time, but for now they have held together. I am not blown away, nor do I have anything super bad to say about them.These gloves seem like good quality so far but they are by no means a “heavy bag” glove like the product description says. I wrapped my hands well and these hurt my wrists a lot on my Contender 100# bag. I’ve done my research and you really need 16oz boxing gloves and wraps hitting a heavy bag. If not, you can damage your wrists if you have a firm bag. I bought 16oz gloves and they’re night and day better. Leave these for light work.
