This is a great affordable alternative not to mention it is soft and keeps my makeup on for a long timeeeeeshade was too ashy for my dark skinI disliked it wasn't. Darker then it was didn't work for what I needed it for if it was a lot darker it would be my go to product all that time if it comes darker I would like to knowI like this brandDefinitely the best for me.I absolutely love this setting powder. The shade is perfect for me but I feel like it would work for people both a little lighter and darker than me as its a sheer tint. The packaging is so large, it seems like it will last forever. It controls oil so I love using it in the warmer months. If you have ever tried the trick of applying powder before foundation, or mixing powder in with your foundation, this powder works great for that.I'm actually very surprised by how much I like this finishing powder, it's my favorite out of the ones I've tried (and under $10!!!) ! It doesn't give that ashy flashback effect in photos and it's warm enough/light enough (I bought it in medium - I'm Chai 26 bareMinerals foundation for reference) to be a good matte highlight for a more natural look. I prefer a very matte finish since I have naturally oily skin and it definitely gets the job done and does not make my face *too* light. I wouldn't use it for an all-day look with no touch ups in-between, but for casual wear or an afternoon/night out, it works very well! Definitely a great bargain for day to day looksThe product is worth getting and you get value for your money ?.I'm really happy I've found an inexpensive dupe for the discontinued MAC Mineralize loose powder. I have an oily complexion and this is perfect for lightweight (feeling) medium coverage (that actually covers hyper-pigmentation). It lasts all day and has been my go to foundation on holidays, during the Summer, and day to day when I want and easy breezy natural look. Use with a light hand as it skewers red toned (or balance it with yellow toned concealer as highlights). I match to MAC NW45 for reference.I am using this product to find the best shade for my skin. I have tried it and find it's perfect for me, giving me a really natural look.I am going to try and achieve a flawless look.This shade is perfect to practice with.I am very pleased with the application.I will looking to use Black Opal range.Same as my old Black Opal loose powder and does not dissapoint. Blends well with my skin colour (I am Black African but very light in complexion). Very natural lookIt blends so well with my Mac foundation and blends smooth on my skin.
