The 16" chain was SO SHORT it was like a choker. I had to have a new chain put on it at a jeweler just so I could wear it, at an added cost of $50! I would have just sent it back, but there were no more "Q" necklaces available. The Q itself is pretty, but HOLY SHORT CHAIN!
